- Well-versed in the business aspects and operations of software products, including understanding the install base, current usage, future plans, and overall product vision
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Experience working on projects related to the construction of new ships or the modernization and upgrade of existing vessels
- Ability to coordinate the analysis and problem-solving of engineering problems with many individuals
- Ability to lead and collaborate with persons at all levels of responsibility in Information Technology and Corporate organizations
- Strong blend of analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of both business processes and technology
- Creative thinker and problem solver with a solid understanding of agile practices, patterns, and techniques
