

You’ll work in a small team and closely with the Head of Delivery and Head of Programmes to support their key customers.
Then you will triage faults, ensuring correct categorisation, prioritisation, and allocation to internal teams or term contractors.
The primary function will be Ticketing & Incident Management- owning and managing all customer tickets via Jira and customer portals.
In what’s going to be a small team we are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the flexile demands of the role.
It’s a fully remote role, with potential travel into London from time to time for team meetings throughout the year.
