Coordinate with Aramco PMT, HCIS authorities, and vendors for compliance and approvals.
Ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, HCIS directives, and international codes (BICSI, NEC, NFPA).
Develop philosophies, specifications, block diagrams, and datasheets for telecom systems including:
Conduct internal audits for HCIS compliance prior to submission.
Design and integrate security systems such as:
Review IFC drawings, resolve technical queries (TQs), and manage design changes.
Prepare HCIS Stage 1–4 packages (Risk Assessment, Concept of Design, Preliminary & Detailed Design).
Support FAT/SAT and commissioning activities.
Lead multi-discipline engineering teams for FEED, detailed design, and EPC phases.

Proven track record in Saudi Aramco projects and HCIS compliance workflows.
Fiber Optic Networks (OSP/ISP)
Ability to manage techno-commercial aspects and risk mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with HCIS approval process and Aramco ISSD requirements.
Security Access Control System (SACS)
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering.
IP Telephony, WLAN, Industrial Wi-Fi
15+ years experience in telecom and security systems design for oil & gas projects.
Expertise in telecom network architecture and security integration.
Certifications preferred: BICSI-RCDD, ASIS PSP, Saudi Council of Engineers registration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
CCTV and Video Surveillance Integration
Strong knowledge of EPC/DB, PMCM, and GES+ project execution models.
