- Maintain ongoing communication with the Whitewater Group project delivery teams to clarify project details and coordinate shipments.
- Oversee the fabrication of skids.
- Assist in weekly work planning and adapt to client priorities.
- Perform visual inspections and report any deviations or quality concerns.
- Ensure correct interpretation of technical drawings, isometrics, and specifications.
- Prepare weekly work progress reports for multiple projects and coordinate deliveries with logistics.
- Supervise the daytoday production activities of the workshop team.
- Promote safety and cleanliness within the work area.
- Validate materials, work orders, and welding procedures before execution.
- Coordinate works between different trades.
