The internship is based in San Jose, California, and requires the intern to work on‑site supporting engineering teams on a variety of project tasks.

Open to college students pursuing mechanical engineering or construction management, with at least two years of undergraduate coursework completed.
Require a minimum 3.0 GPA, a valid driver’s license, and may need to pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
Expect strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, analytical/problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks and follow direction.
Must be self‑motivated, proactive, able to work productively without supervision, and demonstrate a positive, team‑player attitude.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
