What you would be doing

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of civil works for multiple projects.
- Supervise construction activities including foundation, structures, finishing, and utilities.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS for management.
- Coordinate with MEP, Safety, and Project teams for integrated project delivery.
- Oversee contractor/vendor management and monitor manpower & material utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.
- Review & approve civil drawings, BOQs, estimations, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and statutory/legal requirements.
