We are seeking a Dispatcher to join a growing logistics team in Lemont, IL. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating drivers, monitoring freight movements, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our intermodal, drayage, and freight services.
- Dispatch and schedule drivers for intermodal, drayage, and freight shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, driver assignments, and delivery status.
- Support operations and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor routes, deliveries, and schedules to ensure efficiency and on-time performance.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
