You will be responsible for daily project execution, safety compliance, jobsite organization, schedule and task list management, and customer communication.
The FPM also manages daily paperwork, equipment and vehicle maintenance coordination, inventory tracking, project updates, and final reporting. Additional responsibilities include site inspections, signing off on scaffolding tags and permits, conducting toolbox talks, enforcing company standards, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Office-related tasks include invoicing, preparing documentation, participating in planning meetings, and helping establish or support regional office operations.
The Field Project Manager (FPM) oversees and manages crews performing industrial cleaning and coating services.
This role ensures all work meets industry standards and company expectations while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering accurate reporting.
- Conduct borescope inspections.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, task lists, and equipment logs.
- Oversee trailer inventory, equipment condition, and vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Support employee development for high-performing individuals with leadership potential.
- Lead and manage field crews to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on all assigned projects.
- Hire, train, and develop field crews
- Operate company vehicles safely on customer property and over the road.
- Inspect and maintain PPE, including chemical suits, respirators, harnesses, and air monitoring devices.
- Ensure all work follows industry best practices, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Prepare and submit final project reports.
- Execute disciplinary documentation when necessary.

- Perform confined space entry and work in elevated or restricted environments when required.
- Provide daily updates, progress reports, and completion estimates to customers and internal teams.
- Perform site inspections and sign off on required permits, scaffolding tags, and work orders.
- Maintain regional office operations and organization.
- Conduct and document daily toolbox talks.
- Complete invoicing and project closeout tasks.
- Serve as the direct supervisor for ice blasters, foremen, painters, and site leads.

Due to recent growth, they are looking for an experienced Field Project Manager in Ireland (remote), that can travel internationally managing field projects/crews/customer interactions and manage the European headquarters office.
