The advisor will support the Contract Management function, working closely with joint‑venture leadership to implement the project’s commercial strategy. Responsibilities include acting as the primary client contact for contractual matters, reviewing and negotiating agreements, and ensuring subcontractor terms are properly flowed down.
Additional duties involve identifying commercial risks, preparing contract administration manuals, assisting staff with contract interpretation, and coordinating with legal, finance, and project controls teams to monitor the project’s financial health.
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Engineering, Finance, Law, or an MBA, with experience in construction or high‑technology sectors. Formal training in contract law or administration, plus skills in commercial governance, intellectual‑property management, and stakeholder communication are essential.
