Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and baking equipment.
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Deliver pastries that are baked according to the recipe and plating specs.
Cook food in various utensils or ovens.
Ensure attractive presentation and quality of all food and pastries.
Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to the opening of the restaurant in order to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.

Ability to stand during entire shift

Have thorough knowledge of menus and the preparation required, according to hotel standards.
