  • Respond to after-hours calls and be available for weekend work and occasional short-term out-of-town travel.
  • Safely operate vacuum equipment and heavy trucks (manual transmission) in industrial settings.
  • Comply with federal, state, and company regulations related to transportation, hours of service, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors to provide high-quality service.
  • Perform routine inspections before, during, and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and load security.

  • Clean driving record and ability to pass all required background checks and drug testing.
  • Proficient in safety protocols, with valid or willing-to-obtain safety certifications (e.g., First Aid/CPR, CSTS, TDG, H2S Alive).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and productivity efficiently.
  • 1+ years of experience operating industrial vacuum trucks or tankers.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic vehicle maintenance skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Tanker Endorsement Required
  • Availability for weekend work, after-hour calls, and short-term travel with overnights.
  • Valid CDL A license with the ability to operate manual transmissions.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Hazmat endorsements preferred; must be willing to obtain within 6 months.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
