- Respond to after-hours calls and be available for weekend work and occasional short-term out-of-town travel.
- Safely operate vacuum equipment and heavy trucks (manual transmission) in industrial settings.
- Comply with federal, state, and company regulations related to transportation, hours of service, safety, and environmental standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors to provide high-quality service.
- Perform routine inspections before, during, and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and load security.

- Clean driving record and ability to pass all required background checks and drug testing.
- Proficient in safety protocols, with valid or willing-to-obtain safety certifications (e.g., First Aid/CPR, CSTS, TDG, H2S Alive).
- Ability to work independently and manage time and productivity efficiently.
- 1+ years of experience operating industrial vacuum trucks or tankers.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic vehicle maintenance skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Tanker Endorsement Required
- Availability for weekend work, after-hour calls, and short-term travel with overnights.
- Valid CDL A license with the ability to operate manual transmissions.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Hazmat endorsements preferred; must be willing to obtain within 6 months.
