-Cleaning of the facilities and accommodation blocks -To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose -Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems -Operation and maintenance of plant equipment (training will be provided)

-General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge -UK Driving Licence required for use of work vehicles to complete tasks across STANTA -Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet -Excellent communication skills -Understanding of Health and Safety procedures -Ability to complete documentation -Flexibility to support at sites across Stanford Training Area (STANTA) when required
