The Senior Property Accountant supports accounting and financial reporting for RPM, handling cash management and the general ledger for a portfolio of properties. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, meets client deadlines, and partners with operators and support departments to deliver exceptional financial products.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have at least two years of property‑management experience. Familiarity with industry‑specific software such as Yardi, MRI, or RealPage/Onesite and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.
The position is hybrid, requiring work in a corporate or regional office four days a week in an open, bright, and sometimes noisy environment. Physical requirements include extended periods of sitting or standing, reading screens, and occasional lifting of items up to 15 pounds.
