Support the defect management process, ensuring that the defect list is updated, tracked, and monitored until defects are resolved.
Support the production of monthly progress reports, inspection summaries, and payment certificates, as needed.
Help manage and complete project checklists, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met prior to project completion.
Review proposed commissioning plans, methodologies, and testing processes, and provide comments or recommendations.

University degree or equivalent in one of the following fields: construction project management, civil engineering, finance.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills, combined with good judgment and initiative.
Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
Valid driver's license.
Responsiveness to requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in written and spoken French.
Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience.
