Track key safety metrics (TRIR, DART, near misses, etc.) and present findings to leadership.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs, policies, and training across both of our facilities.
Lead investigations into safety incidents, near misses, and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Partner with Operations, HR, and Engineering to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations; prepare for and lead all inspections and audits.
Promote and drive a strong safety culture through communication, training initiatives and continuous awareness campaigns.
Provide safety training for employees on policies, regulations and procedures.
Conduct regular site safety assessments and risk analyses.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the safety program remains current and effective.
Lead emergency response planning, including drills and documentation.
Maintain all safety-related records, reports, and compliance documentation.

bachelor’s
Certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or OSHA 30/50 are a plus.
Proven experience 5+ years, as a Safety Manager in a manufacturing required.
Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, manufacturing safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
