Education equivalent to completion of the Twelfth grade, and
BPI Quality Control Inspector certification, as defined by the Clean Energy Center and the Department of Energy, before appointment and during the tenure of employment as a Quality Control Inspector.

Seven years of experience in any of the recognized building trades or as a weatherization installer or auditor as currently certified by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development which have involved residential building rehabilitation and/or weatherization three years of which have been inspecting properties for planning and estimating rehabilitation and/or weatherization work, which includes two years at the whole performance level.
Ability to meet approved minimal physical and medical standards.

Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania before appointment, and
