Dealing with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation influencing the improvement of process and providing guidance to support project delivery and reporting;
Carrying out internal assurance of consents applications;
Carrying out specialised property valuations and appraisals;
Oversee all landowner liaison activities, ensuring that all interactions and communications are aligned with the project's objectives and regulatory requirements.
Delivering solutions and results in dynamic environments;
Act as the main point of contact for all landowner queries, providing timely and accurate information to address concerns and facilitate smooth project delivery.
Lead internal assurance of consents applications, ensuring compliance with statutory planning systems and quality management practices within the construction sector.
Managing high-performing staff / teams including carrying out performance management, undertaking resource planning and embedding a focus on continuous improvement and best-practice; and
Negotiate and conclude property-based agreements, leveraging your expertise in land and property acquisition processes and compulsory purchase law to achieve favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.
Actively contributing, negotiating and concluding property-based agreements involving a wide variety of stakeholders;
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial landowners impacted by the Schemes, ensuring clear and consistent communication about project timelines and property access.

Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices and systems is desirable, preferably within the construction sector.
