You will be responsible for setting strategic goals, making high-level decisions, working with the senior leadership team to achieve the company financial initiatives each year. You will focus on achieving approved monthly budgets, managing resources effectively, and representing the Airtech to relevant stakeholders.
- Efficient management of resources (consumables, installation equipment, vans etc).
- Fostering a health and safety culture and ensuring strict compliance to health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring that the team is trained and equipped to deliver a high level of customer service.
- To maintain awareness of relevant legislative and regulatory changes.
- Build a strong understanding of contracts (existing and new) and ensure adherence to terms.
- Providing strong leadership to the team with regular communication, timely feedback and recognition.
- Working closely with the national sales manager to ensure strong collaboration between the sales and operations teams and to deliver on monthly targets of the business.
- Developing and implementing processes to simplify operations leading to operational excellence. Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

You will be an experienced Contracts Manager and will lead our team of Field Operations Managers, Office Team Leaders, Schedulers/ Administrators (office based), and Installation Engineers across the UK to deliver strong operational and customer service excellence in the social housing sector.
- Good geographic knowledge of UK.
- Proven experience of leading a large team in a contracting environment.
- Current UK Driving Licence
- Commercial understanding and sound knowledge of contracts.
- Strong commitment to fostering a Health & Safety culture within the team.
- First Aid in the workplace (3 day).
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to ruthlessly prioritize.
