Facilities Maintenance Tech needed in the Great State of Ohio

Description

• Assist in preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Work in indoor / outdoor conditions
• Help maintain grounds by mowing lawns, removing snow, and performing basic landscaping
• Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light electrical work
• Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to supervisors

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Knowledgeable with various electrical and plumbing components
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Valid drivers license as this role does require some travel to other locations as needed
• Previous experience in general maintenance, construction or handyman work
