In collaboration with the Risk Manager, you will conduct risk analyses and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues that could significantly impact assigned procurements.
You will contribute to the development of new or revised procurement‑related policies, procedures, initiatives, and performance measures.
Applicants must have at least five years of experience in procurement, grants, or contract development, including one year of mentoring, leading, or supervising staff. Preferred candidates hold a professional certification from NIGP or UPPCC and demonstrate a commitment to equity in all work.
