The Client Manager (Key Account Manager) will focus on one or more GB Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). Reporting to the DNO Client Director, the role shares responsibility for strategic engagement, client planning and revenue growth, positioning AtkinsRéalis as the supplier of choice. The manager will use DNO knowledge and contacts to identify multidisciplinary opportunities, develop capture strategies and cross‑sell services.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in key account management, preferably with existing contacts at UK DNOs such as UKPN, NGED, SSEN or NPG, and experience in electricity distribution. They should possess strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear proposals. Excellent project management, emotional intelligence and adaptability are also required.
The role may require UK security clearance, with the vetting process managed by United Kingdom Security Vetting. AtkinsRéalis is an equal‑opportunity employer that promotes diversity and inclusion, offering family‑friendly policies and flexible working arrangements. Candidates should not reference any existing security clearance in their application.

Employees benefit from a hybrid working culture, generous holiday allowances and extensive training and professional development opportunities. Inclusive, family‑friendly policies and employee resource groups support a balanced personal and professional life.
