Enjoys engaging with people, and effectively listens, persuades, influences others to bring them on board change.
ACLP certification and/ or certification in OD and psychometric tools, and experience with Learning Management Systems will be a plus.
Experience with delivering learning programmes (virtual or in-person) and facilitating focus group discussions.
Clear, practical approach to identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
An ideas generator, open to experimentation, and with a strong track record of translating ideas to implementation and results.
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and learning agility.
At least 5-7 years’ experience and track record in L&OD and related fields or demonstrated application of the above.
Excellent marketing and communication skills.
Strong customer-centricity and has experience in applying a UX/UI design lens and in carrying out experiments to test ideas and solutions.
Required to work with external and internal partners on program design and content.
