Manage and oversee electrical engineering projects from conception through to execution. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff. Provide technical direction and support to ensure successful project execution and professional development of team members.
Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for electrical systems, including design specifications, schematics, and operational procedures.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address complex electrical issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are advantageous.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Expertise in electrical system design, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
Experience with industrial electrical systems and equipment, including motors, drives, and transformers.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Position will require travel up to 20%
Proficiency in electrical engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB).
-Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading engineering teams.
