Coordinate with other GFS lane Mechanical Discipline Leads to develop an overall synergistic GFS Mechanical Team.
Facilitate the OSEP Mechanical resources meeting to ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff across the GP.
Develop market differentiating solutions that drive project value to build brand and increase competitiveness. Advance mechanical solution-making best practices across the GP.
Expand delivery practices for surety of delivery and continuous improvement of cost through mechanisms like high value engineering centers and design and construction automation. Take responsibility for benchmarking and tracking those improvements.
Collaborate across teams to recruit, hire, and develop mechanical capability expectations and mechanical leadership throughout the OSEP organization.
Organize, lead, and inspire collaboration across all OSEP Mechanical teams, building professional community and collaboration to advance best practices across the organization.

Minimum 7 years related professional experience required and must have demonstrated experience with providing technical mechanical engineering leadership across major projects/programs/clients, and within all GFS business lanes.
Candidates must possess strong business management skills and a strategic perspective.
Candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
Professional License as a Mechanical Engineer is required.
Position requires the ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and develop the organization.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
