Managing all commercial elements of projects including procurement, cost planning, valuations, and final accounts
Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations
Supporting the project delivery team to achieve project targets and maintain profitability

Preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tenders
Negotiating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit out, refurbishment, or interiors sector

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Benefits
