- Automation background or experience with programming languages such as Python or tools like Dynamo.
- Ability to engage others with the use of digital technology in business delivery across diverse groups of individuals; from Lead Hands on construction sites to Directors who may be sponsoring improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with contemporary digital trends, and ability to horizon-scan, translating abstract digital futures into real-world business threats and opportunities.
- Design experience with Autodesk BIM Software (e.g: Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Navisworks)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with leaders and influencers across the organisation
- Experience as a site manager, engineer or surveyor using technology such as total stations, GPS, LiDAR, intelligent plant etc
- Data science background or experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI
- Knowledge of the project technology landscape in digital construction, including key providers and platforms, together with in-depth expertise of a particular software or platforms.
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS or similar GIS systems
- Higher education to degree level or equivalent.
- Proven project management skills
- Proficiency in relevant productivity technologies such as Office 365 and a strong commitment to making best use of technologies as they were designed to be used.
