Assemble, install, test, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems and components
Ensure BMS systems are operating efficiently (training provided if required)
Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work meets BGIS safety and compliance standards
Carry out scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance activities
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, repairing and replacing parts as required
Provide estimates for minor HVAC works and assist with contract reporting
Inspect, clean, and maintain chillers, split systems, ventilation, and filtration systems

Restricted Electrical Licence (advantageous)

Full working rights in Australia (essential)
Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card
