

Managing projects, scheduled maintenance, and repairs to ensure these are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and prices.
Addressing supply issues proactively to keep projects/jobs on track.
Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to streamline procurement processes.
Sourcing new suppliers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, driving value across the supply chain through operational goals and managing supplier performance.
Ensuring materials meet specifications and are delivered on time.
Allocating costs to specific projects/jobs.
Maintaining and organising stock for efficient material availability.
Conducting weekly stock counts and updating stock records.
Sourcing materials, creating purchase orders and managing the purchasing process to completion
Creating & Implementing processes to improve stock control.
Good communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges
Successful candidates must have relevant industry experience e.g. Manufacturing/Construction.
Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
