Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact, managing client enquiries and striving to meet or surpass expectations.
Ensure quality of work meets contractual requirements, company standards, and client expectations.
Develop project scopes of work to client standards and deliver projects within budget, at the required quality standard, and on time.
Ensure relevant contractual KPIs are met and exceeded where possible.
Plan and coordinate daily project delivery tasks, including scoping of vacant properties, both administratively and with external supply partners delivering works.

Qualification or relevant experience in Project Management, Property Maintenance, or as a qualified trades professional (highly desirable).
Solid experience managing and delivering planned works programs in a similar role and/or industry.
Hold a construction White Card.

Experience in building and construction management.
Experience in delivering contracts using an outsourced service model.
