The incumbent will drive end‑to‑end onboarding for new C‑Link customers, translate client documentation into system configurations, partner with development and UX teams to deliver scalable onboarding solutions, define integration requirements, and act as Product Owner for the DevOps team to maintain platform performance and reliability.
The product team is expanding and seeks a Product Owner with strong Business Analyst capabilities to own the Professional Services and client onboarding workstream. The role focuses on deeply understanding customer requirements and ensuring new clients are onboarded efficiently, accurately, and successfully, working across a Professional Services/Onboarding team and a DevOps team while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and internal delivery groups.
Successful candidates will have proven Product Owner or Business Analyst experience in a SaaS environment, strong skills in analysing document‑heavy requirements, and a track record of working with commercial, customer‑facing, and technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management, clear communication, and an analytical mindset are essential, while experience in construction, legal or contractual documentation, SaaS onboarding, and system integrations are advantageous.
