Maintain employee records, including new starters, terminations, and variations.
Supporting long service leave administration, including registrations and payments.
Handle payroll queries promptly and professionally.
Participating in internal and external audits and advising on audit requirements.
Handle any payroll exceptions during the payroll process.
Assistance with generating internal and statutory payroll reports.
Assisting in year-end reconciliations for payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG and LSL.
Liaise with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly / weekly basis.

Demonstrated experience in the interpretation of Employment and Enterprise Agreements conditions and applicable Modern Awards.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven experience in end-to-end, high-volume payroll with multiple Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency.
3+ years of payroll experience within a medium to large organisation within the Construction or Manufacturing Industry.
