As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contract documentation, supporting project delivery teams, and ensuring that all agreements, variations, and correspondence are handled efficiently and professionally. - Support project teams with contract interpretation, compliance, and performance tracking
- Prepare and manage variations, extensions of time, and associated correspondence
- Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements
- Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Coordinate contract execution and maintain accurate records of all documentation
- Participate in online meetings to provide project and contract updates
- Assist with tender submissions, subcontractor packages, and procurement support
