Tasks

-Apply insulation materials such as loose, blanket, board, and foam insulation to attics, crawl spaces, basements, or walls. -Installing soffit, gable or roof ventilation openings. -Installing temporary access openings to walls floors or roof using hand or power tools. -Clean and maintain tools and equipment. -Installing weather-stripping materials to doors or windows to reduce energy losses. -Install and seal joints of air ducts to improve heating and cooling efficiency. -Wrap air ducts and water lines with insulating materials, such as duct wrap and pipe insulation. -Installing insulation materials, air sealing, roof ventilation, etc.

What You Bring

-Excellent customer service skills (internal and external). -Ability to ascend or descend on extension ladders, step ladders and stairs using feet and/or hands and arms, as needed. -Ability to drive and walk around on job sites, as needed. -Ability to lift weight up to 40lbs in both a vertical and horizontal range of motion, as needed. -Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-pressure, schedule-driven environment. -Ability to lift weight over 40lbs in both a vertical and horizontal range of motion, as needed. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. -Ability to crawl, stoop, stand, reach (push/pull) & bend to perform work necessary for proper weatherization installation in attics, basements or crawl spaces, as needed.
