As one of the first two hires for the Singapore headquarters, you will shape a brand‑new geography for the biggest players in commercial real estate. You’ll act as the critical bridge between our innovative AI solutions and prospective customers’ business challenges, collaborating with the incoming Head of Sales, EU staff seconded to Singapore, and UK & US colleagues through largely async tools and processes. The role offers high ownership and autonomy, requiring you to lead technical conversations, develop proof‑of‑concepts, deliver demos and make independent decisions without waiting for others to wake up.
You’ll be pivotal in expanding our APAC customer base, influencing how we sell, demo, and position the platform in the region. As the technical sales function grows, you will have the opportunity to build it out, establishing best practices and shaping product customisation for APAC markets while working closely with sales, solutions, and engineering teams.
