The Billing Specialist is responsible for invoicing, tracking, and reconciling project billing across multiple fabrication facilities. This role works closely with various departments to ensure accurate job setup, change orders, and invoice presentation while supporting customers and maintaining organized job documentation.
The position involves typical office activities such as walking, sitting, standing, bending, and climbing stairs, as well as using hands to operate computers and equipment. Employees may need to lift equipment up to 25 pounds, work in moderate noise levels, and occasionally work overtime.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, hold a two‑year degree in accounting, and have at least three years of billing or accounting experience, or equivalent work history.
Preferred qualifications include prior billing experience in the construction industry, a basic understanding of Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
