Description

The Radio Technician II role involves staying current with technical theory, applying knowledge to projects, and ensuring high‑quality, safety‑focused work while collaborating with senior technicians and managers.

• Support key projects and provide daily updates to senior technicians and managers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve results and prioritize team success.
• Ensure customer experience is protected through careful action scrutiny.
• Apply solid RAN theory and advanced transport applications.
• Share ideas to improve efficiency, solve problems, and add business value.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least three years of wireless telecom experience, a technical vocational degree or military equivalent, and be able to read site plans, interpret drawings, and operate a variety of RF and circuit equipment. Strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are required.

• Adapt quickly to change and understand the broader project picture.
• 3+ years wireless telecommunications experience required.
• Two‑year vocational degree in a technical field or military equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and statements of work.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of interconnecting circuits (T1, T3, microwave radio) and basic RF engineering.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with company motor vehicle policy.
• Self‑motivated, flexible, detail‑oriented with basic leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
