Description
Liaison with production team to assure planning and execution of building process.
Greet all prospective customers.
Assist customer with loan application, obtain deposits per company requirements, and expedite submission and approval.
Prepare all contracts addenda, color selections, etc. accurately and completely.
Follow up with loans, contingent contracts, listings of re-sales, homeowners after settlement.
Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
Assist customer with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options.
Participate in weekly sales meetings.
Recruit, retain and direct activities of Sales Associates/Sales Assistants
Ensures that model home site is well maintained and presentable.
Provide excellent customer service
Demonstrates model home; provides information on home features and benefits.
Pre-qualify customer and complete contract worksheet.
Provide information regarding community and surrounding area.
