Oversees MLS listing and status oversight, including reviewing listing for accuracy, optimized listing verbiage and updated images and coordinate with MLS team for any necessary changes.
Review Showcase Home summary vs Kiosk for Cancelled homes
Manages Sales Architect to ensure accuracy.
Manage Appraisals and be point for access to homes for appraiser.
Coordinate and sign off Final Walks with Construction
Coordinate with marketing team to ensure proper upkeep and presentation around community and directional signage.
Coordinates lockbox technology to provide access to realtors/agents.
Support Meritage sales operations and sales counselors in a Defined Sales Area including but not limited to:
Determine if a home is ready for TourFactory and ready to be on MLS
Coordinates with the operations team to ensure the model homes are presented in a manner reflective of Meritage commitment to quality and showcasing our homes to realtors and prospects.
Supports and coordinates with field marketing on prospecting efforts largely focused on agents.
Maintain log of closed homes for appraiser
Manages placement and upkeep of homesite signage. (sold, available, etc.).
Compile a monthly update for salespeople and management in Designated Selling Area.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Project and Excel.
Frequent interactions with a wide variety of internal and external contacts, with all levels of authority and responsibility.
Minimum 2 years of home sales support. New homebuilder experience preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
Ability to react and respond favorably, manage conflict, and resolve problems in a professional manner.
Strong Oral/Written Communication and Interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism.
