Vendor & Indirect sales channel partner Qualification: Research and interview potential vendors to learn industry eco system to define leading edge competitive solutions which will help meet product requirements and collaborate with asset development to qualify those suitable for onboarding. Also, explore developing new sales channels (Calix, Nokia, NCTC, etc.)
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and launch. You will be the central point of communication, ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards a common goal.
Customer and Market Insight: Be the expert on our customers and the market. Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and analyze market trends to understand the needs of developers, enterprises, and service providers. Use this insight to inform product requirements and feature prioritization.
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and own the product strategy for our edge data center solutions. This includes conducting market research, analyzing competitor offerings, and identifying new opportunities. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a clear, compelling product roadmap that aligns with company goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Present product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, adoption, and end-of-life. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), delivery intervals and customer feedback to iterate and improve products over time.
Product Definition and Requirements: Write clear, concise, and comprehensive product requirements documents and use case stories. Work closely with asset development, NOC, engineering, marketing and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and requirements to establish defined product solutions.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop and execute a successful go-to-market plan. This includes defining product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize features.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a product roadmap. You should be able to articulate a clear vision and strategy.
You have a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. You must be able to articulate complex ideas to a variety of audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Ability to stand, walk and sit.
Ability to reach with hands and arms
5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in infrastructure, cloud, fiber infrastructure or data center solutions.
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel or crouch.
Manual dexterity to input data into the computer and the calculator and operate the equipment listed above.
Visual ability correctable to 20/20.
Moderate noise level.
Deep understanding of edge computing, data center, fiber infrastructure, and networking. Experience with hardware, software, and services related to distributed computing is highly desirable.
Sitting up to 90% of the day.
Proven track record of working collaboratively with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to respond verbally in an understandable, professional manner in person and over the telephone.
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as 5G, IoT, and AI/ML.
