Develop and maintain category plans for all Indirect expenditure
Compile and maintain a comprehensive spend diagnostic for Metricon Indirect expenditure
Build robust, mutually respectful relationships with all key stakeholders across various areas of the business.
Deliver cost reductions and total cost of ownership value outcomes to Metricon; and
Develop a category review program to review and analyse existing categories and contracts on a cyclical basis
Assess demand management opportunities for reduction in Indirect expenditure
Develop and implement process and procedures that enable effective management of Indirect expenditure and ensure best practice procurement is being maintained at all times

Experience in construction, property, or manufacturing industries
Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business units.
Strong experience managing indirect procurement categories (corporate services, IT, fleet, professional services, marketing, facilities) in a large multi-site organisation
Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities; and
MUST HAVE A Minimum 5 years experience in a procurement or category management. Ideally in Indirect
