Key Responsibilities * Lead day-to-day field supervision for ground-up commercial buildings, interior fit-outs, sitework, structural trades, and MEP systems installation. * Direct subcontractors and self-perform crews to maintain productivity, sequencing, quality, and safe work environments. * Manage site logistics, inspections, RFIs, daily reporting, punchlist activities, and turnover readiness. * Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, owners, and local authorities to keep work progressing smoothly. * Monitor project milestones, quality control, manpower, and material delivery to maintain schedule integrity. * Enforce strict safety protocols aligned with OSHA, company standards, and local requirements; lead daily toolbox talks and site-wide safety initiatives.
Qualifications * 7+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent overseeing ground-up or interiors construction projects. * Strong understanding of commercial building systems, structural trades, MEP coordination, and site development. * Experience running field operations from initial site mobilization through punchout and closeout. * Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or similar construction technology platforms. * OSHA 30 required; additional safety certifications preferred. * Strong communication skills and ability to lead subcontractors, interface with owners, and maintain high-quality standards.
