Conduct drainage, traffic, and various engineering studies.
Assist with construction engineering services for municipal, county and state clients.
Process Federal Aid projects for a variety of clients.
Complete general civil engineering services for municipal, county and state clients.
Assist project engineers and managers with a wide variety of tasks required for project delivery.
Design Roadway, Underground Utility, and Infrastructure improvements using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other applicable design software.
Complete engineering plans and specifications using WisDOT Standards.

Strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills.
Anticipated F.E. (Fundamentals of Engineering) certification.
Experience with Geopak.
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
Relevant internship/co-op experience with municipal or highway agency transportation projects.
Ability to independently handle a variety of ongoing tasks and responsibilities.
Knowledge of designing roadway and underground improvements with Civil3D or Bentley OpenRoads Designer.
Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman’s service area (own transportation).
