Support HRBP, HRD, Legal, and Compliance in HR projects rollout.
Maintain and support employee-related reports for HR and business purposes.
Manage entire work pass process with MOM, including applications, issuance, renewals, and cancellations.
Assist in submitting MOM surveys and updating business census.
Collaborate with our Global Payroll Operations team and external payroll vendor on payroll queries requiring local expertise
Administer employee benefits programs, including Workmen Injury Compensation insurance and health and safety activities.
Coordinate with Global HR Operations team on providing end-to-end employee lifecycle support, including onboarding and offboarding processes, with focus on local legislation.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS System - Workday.
Ensure timely and accurate submissions for government claims (e.g., government paid leaves, NS makeup claims).
Collaborate with HRBP and HR COEs to implement policy changes based on laws, compliance, and business needs.
Provide advice and handle employee enquiries on HR-related matters.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality

Proven, long-standing experience in HR operations and payroll for consultancy or engineering industry
Excellent MS Office skills especially MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including liaising with overseas colleagues
Proactive approach, capable of working under tight deadlines and handling ad-hoc requests
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally English to liaise with our English-speaking colleagues
Possess strong knowledge of Singapore payroll and MOM employment regulations
Diploma or Degree in HR Management or Business Administration/ Management or equivalent
Candidate with experience in using Workday or similar HRIS software
