Assist with special projects as assigned.
Create and maintain purchase info records in SAP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date data in SAP or other ERP systems.
Coordinate with buyers and vendors to validate PIR data.
Collect and analyze procurement performance data.
Perform audits of purchasing-related master data (materials, vendors, info records).
Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and return defective items.
Ensure accuracy of vendor pricing, lead times, and sourcing details.
Create regular reports on key performance indicators (e.g., on-time delivery, PO cycle time, cost savings).
Provide administrative support for sourcing activities and tactical buyer tasks.
Assist with the tactical execution of sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
Support communication and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparing presentations and dashboards for internal review.
