Ensure that all equipment is in working order and clean; rectify any deficiencies and report maintenance problems to the manager or engineering.
Sweep and mop the floor.
Defrost food, clean, and prepare produce as assigned.
Ensure that breakfast bar area is set-up per standards and specifications and that the appropriate food / beverage items are displayed.
Clean and organize supply/storage closets.
Prepare and place in designated holding areas at specified temperatures.
Clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensing equipment and other equipment, following procedures.
Anticipate usage levels and replenishment as necessary.
Clean up spills immediately.
Report any equipment damages, safety hazards, maintenance problems and personnel problems to the Manager.
Maintain supply levels of stock, food, and beverages to designated amounts throughout scheduled hours of operation.
Wipe dining tables clean and replenish tabletop condiments throughout the shift.
Remove soiled trays and wares from the dining tables and separate items at breakdown station.
Complete closing side duties as assigned.
Monitor and maintain the quality of all food and cleanliness on service lines.

Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
High school diploma or GED
Shift Time - 5AM to 11:30AM (weekend shift time ends at Noon) - must be able to arrive on time for your shift.
