The incumbent will leverage extensive executive management consulting and healthcare experience to create innovative strategies, integrate technology and digital workflows, and help clients improve patient outcomes, consumer engagement, and profitability across the care continuum.
A core responsibility is to transform clinical and broader operations programs, delivering measurable financial and clinical outcomes that support the shift toward value‑based performance. The partner will build and lead multidisciplinary teams, provide a common vision, and execute processes and tools that ensure consistent results.
Business development and relationship management are also expected, including growing solutions within the payer‑provider business and cultivating senior‑level client relationships. The role involves contributing to the refinement of strategy, operations, and technology solutions across the Healthcare practice.
Required qualifications include hands‑on consulting and leadership experience redesigning health plans or systems, program management of multi‑work‑stream initiatives ($6M+ annually), and 10+ years of health‑industry leadership. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), be comfortable with a consultant lifestyle, and be able to travel up to 65% by air, car, or train.
Preferred experience includes deep financial positioning expertise, capital allocation, investment‑banking or M&A background, and the ability to lead turnarounds for financially distressed health systems. Experience with distressed‑organization teams, rating agencies, and healthcare financing is highly valued.
