Delivery Assurance Associate (3 Month Project)

Description

The role involves supply chain management and production planning support at OEM sites, including data collection, analysis, monitoring MRP tools, identifying bottlenecks, and developing mitigation plans.

• Support supply chain management and production planning at OEM sites.
• Collect, interpret, and close engineering part and process data, addressing non-conformances.
• Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, WIP, and delivery commitments; revise dates as needed.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform gap analysis, create mitigation plans, and track action items to closure.
• Build positive relationships with engineers, buyers, and program managers at OEM and supplier levels.
• Plan, execute, and verify part transitions.
• Document findings, write reports, and disseminate information per requirements.
• Develop and improve work instructions to capture best practices and ensure repeatability.
• Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems to manage data and communicate shortage status to both operational and executive audiences.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in supply chain, production planning, quality or operations, preferably shop‑floor exposure, strong relationship-building skills, SAP/ERP proficiency, and the ability to communicate shortages at all levels.

The position is on‑site in Endicott, Norwich, and Clifton Springs, NY, requires personal transportation, ability to lift 40 lb, and travel among the three locations; U.S. citizenship is required.

• Leverage experience in supply chain, production planning, quality, or operations, preferably with shop-floor exposure.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.

Benefits

Compensation is $28.85‑$30.29 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, and includes a comprehensive benefits package (401(k), health, dental, vision, PTO, retirement).
