Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across different disciplines and locations.
Gain hands-on experience working with major hydro infrastructure such as hydraulic gates, valves, tunnels, pipelines, buildings and dams.
Willingness and ability to work in varied environments—including at height and in confined spaces—alongside knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements.
A full UK driving licence, as travel to remote hydro sites is required.
A motivated, enthusiastic approach with the ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-moving operational environment.
Experience in construction or project management, plus relevant experience in civil or mechanical engineering (degree or similar qualification preferred).
