Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber’s snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish sophisticated assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management.
Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned.
Finish the HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.
Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
Support colleagues or external workers with projects or equipment installations.
Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.
