In this role you will provide on‑day support to installers during the rollout of second‑generation smart meters, analyse reports to resolve meter issues, and manage a ticket workload that tracks problem resolution for specific customer accounts. You will maintain service quality by enforcing organisational standards, prepare analytical reports, and aim for one‑contact resolution by proactively handling customer interactions within agreed service level agreements.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver who can identify issues, suggest improvements and adapt to changing customer and business demands. You should be flexible, reliable, and responsive to customer demand, consistently meet personal and team targets, and uphold SLA, productivity and quality standards while handling enquiries across service channels.
